This little number was inspired by the Peter Pan character Tiger Lily, and Kat wears it as well as the little princess herself (maybe even better). Just for $110.00 big ones, this one is all yours. The bottom is ruched with elastic which makes for smooth dancing, but take care of the little hand rolled/sewed ruching on the front. To be worn as a dress or hiked up and folded over as a shirt, this dress is size 4/6.
